There are a couple of things that work really well.

Okay, so that’s a great big long list, right? And you’re not expected to do all of them all of the time.

So, just pick 3-5 of those activities and do them consistently.

Do them consistently and you’ll see results. You’ll get the rent roll growth you’re looking for.
