😊 Capital Growth – gotta love that growth!
😊 Stability – property tends to be less volatile than shares
😊 Tax Deductions – you can often claim deductions to minimise your tax
Now, the Cons…
☹ Initial Expense – you often need a significant deposit to start investing in property
☹ Not Liquid – it’s a process to sell a property, which means it’s less “liquid” than shares
☹ Entry/Exit Costs – there are large expenses associated with buying/selling a property
